Many of these classes will push you out of your comfort zone and there will be many poses that you simply can’t do; it is perfectly fine to leave them out. Focus on your breath and when you move into the uncomfortable edge, try to do it without tensing your body or quickening your breath. Have patience with yourself. You will be doing 3 advanced power yoga classes and one gentle restorative class each week. The classes are chosen so that you challenge yourself but have time to rest in between. The meditation in particular will help you relax and rejuvenate from the hard work.
